    Agree with Jim 100%. At least on the old S7 build manuals I believe there there was a general instruction to seal up any unprotected voids with hysol.

    ^ What they said. It's in one of the very first chapters in the manual where it talks about inspecting your fuselage welds before you begin building.

    Yeah, I remember that from the manual. Just went back to refresh my memory and that particular spot is called out! Duh! I'd found so many other spots I had to seal that I thought I'd found them all by now!
