I have recently flown a model IV with the standard doors open and noticed very little "burbling". Do the airplanes with the bubble doors have the same stability with the doors open?

I have a IV-1050 with the aero plastic bubble doors. Flying with them open causes no burbling or odd behavior.
It's quite fun.
My doors burble at speeds greater than 90 mph. I just slow the plane down to 80 - 85 and have fun.
Do you take off with them open or open them in flight?

I've never flown with both doors open at the same time. I have taken off with one door open and I've also opened a door in flight. Both with no ill effects.
my doors usually came off in may and didn't go back on until september
or unless I was doing a long cross country that meant spending the night somewhere else besides home base.
