Kitfox lift strut fairings

I assume kitfoxllc is John and Debbie Mcbean.
I was not aware of a metal cuff to finish off the lower part of fairing so that helps alot.
Any photos of how to finish off the top of fairings at the wings???

Yes, Kitfoxaircraftllc is the McBeans. I filled the top end of the fairing with superfill. Photo attached.

Here's a link to a a discussion on the fairing with some more ideas on finishing the ends. You can get as fancy as you want.

Any Kitfox or Avid owners have experience with the Streamline lift strut fairings.
They supposively cost 1/2 of the Kitfox fairings ( $150.)and only weigh 4 pounds versus 12 pounds.

I am making my own and expect them to come in under 4 lbs, at least thats what the math says, I will find out when they are done.
