Default Fuel tank outlet point is lower than #1 rib

Wow, I am really wearing out the Teamkitfox think tank here lately.

    So installing the fuel tanks.....

I noticed that the "bulging bowel" area on the underside of the tank where the finger strainer and outlet fitting is located, is below the #1 rib. So fabric will contact the tank here and this "bulge" will show through. The top of the tank is perfectly in line with the top of the #1 rib. Is this normal for the fabric to contact the this area? It did not on my KF 4.

The site is not letting me upload images.

If i put a level between #1 and #3 ribs under the fuel tank, the bulge is about 1/4"-3/8" below this plane.

EDIT: Well chrome let me add pics, however I could not get them oriented correctly.
