What kind of pop rivets are used in the construction of the Kitfox 7? Are they an aircraft quality cherry pop rivet, do they have a mil spec? or?
Are they just hardware type pop rivets?

you wont find hardware store rivets in the Kitfox. There are numerous different types of rivets throughout and all are aircraft grade. I didn't find but AN426 solid rivets on a quick reference in the manual. One would probably have to find the grades of the pop rivets in the inventory sheet. When the rivets are called for in the manual they are usually referenced by Kitfox part numbers. You may be able to find info in the on line manual that is in the Kitfox web site.

The pop rivets are a high grade structural stainless with a retainable mandrel. They also have non-structural aluminum ones.
