    Default 912 Carb setup

    Hi everybody,

Does anybody know why the model IV with Rotax 912 has the left and right carburators switched? Or is it only mine?

I think it is quite a pain that the throttle and choke cables are on the inboard side of the carbs, makes adjustment a lot more difficult.

The intake manifolds need to be switched for oil, tank clearance. I don't understand why the manual said to switch the carbs too. I switched mine back to get the throttles and enricheners back on the outside with no ill effect.

Oh😮! And all these years I've been struggling with the cables on the wrong side.
