Rotec customer service
I have a Rotec TBI that I am trying to get set up. I have e-mailed Rotec 3 times but have never gotten an answer. When I bought it, they could not have gotten back to me faster. Are they still around?

I heard they were moving to new facilities sometime soon (not confirmed) - so maybe they are busy with that. Try emailing Cuinn Herrick directly at Cuinn@RotecAerosport.com - the TBI is his baby.
