Stock panel-
me to. I like your panel, the kitfox really doesn't need anything more. so where do you fly out of.
Those graphics look similar to the Idaho license plate graphics. Wonder if the PO had ties to Idaho or just liked the look. At one time Idaho won a national award for those graphics.
Good luck with your new bird.
The original owner used it as a prop for his election bid for Lt. Governor for Idaho- so I think the license plate was a big part of it. From what I can tell it really hasn't flown much as it only has 145 hours on it. The builder, Jim Robinson, did a outstanding job.
First off keep it light the model 4 is a blast if kept light the closer to 600lbs the more fun. The first things I would do is strut fairings and vgs. Big improvements for little cost and not much time to install.

The zenair floats or a set of EDO 1320s. I love the 1320s on my Avid.
Any more updates? Nice looking bird.
Thanks. I added the Grove gear, 21 inch Nanco's, new Matco brakes, Matco tail wheel with new rear springs, the Kitfox strut covers and a panel mounted Garmin 496. Currently thinking about a new prop and big bore but having a tough time figuring out which one(I want a in flight adjustable, but don't want to pay for a Airmaster). I don't have much more planned for the Kitfox right now because it's flying and I have a Vans RV I'm working on that's not.
