    Default Header tank quick drain

Hello all, Looking at Flange piece on header tank quick drain, and I'm wondering which side of the fabric the flange goes. Instructions say cut fabric so flange sits on fabric. I'm taking this both ways. If it were up to me I would put my flange from the bottom up so that the ring of the flange would be on the bottom outside of the aircraft, and then the skinny neck would slide on to the piece of hose from the header tank. A point in the correct way would be appreciated!!!

    Thanks

The flange goes on the inside of the fabric, with the hose over it and against the header tank. When installed (glued to the fabric) you cut the flange opening fabric into pie sections and glue them to the inside of the flange. Hope this helps.
