I made a mold for the aeroled led. Here is a photo what I came up with. Also, I am painting my plane with easypoxy with a foam brush and tip it with same roller. This is only the second coat of paint, one more to come

I made provision for mounting the Aeroled Microsun, by adding a molded pocket. I made a foam male with alum angle inserts, laid up the fiber glass over that, then removed the foam.

Gizmos - have you given any thought to possible disruption of air to the NACA scoop for the radiator?

I thought about it, I looked at a few other planes which have similar set up. I think it is enough distance to allow for clean air. I will give you some data when I get it flying. Thanks for the info.
