Mr. McBean answered very quickly, despite the fact that it's the beginning of the holiday.

Here was my question:
"I was wondering if you had a recommendation for the required torque for pitch and roll servos. The word is that 36 in-lb (e.g. Dynon SV32) is sufficient for roll, but that pitch would require more than that. Can you share some wisdom in this regard?"

And here was his answer:
"We do not.. All of them get calibrated as necessary during flight testing.. never assume a torque value.. start at the default setting and adjust as necessary."
So I'm still not quite sure which servo to order . However, Dorsal mentioned that the SV32 pitch servo slipped in his case (a model 7, I believe), so I will probably go with the SV42 on the pitch and the SV32 on the roll. I hope that will work.
