Rotax B Box & C Box?

Whats the differance between a B & C box on the 582 Rotax?

C box is 10 lbs heavier and will allow you to turn a heavier prop because it is built more stout than the B box. Gear ratios are different also. B box comes in 2-1 2.23-1 2.58- 1, C box 2.62-1 3-1 3.47-1 and 4-1 You can also install a clutch inside the C box but not on the B. Take care, Jim Chuk
