If you are OK with a temporary (winter) solution... DUCT TAPE!!! You can get it in almost any color you'd like!

In winter, I usually use duct tape on the "passenger" door, cowling, cowl vents, turtle deck... to seal as much as possible...keep in mind, I'm in Manitoba, Canada...... and I'll fly at -25 F all the time. I NEED a tight cabin, or I'll freeze!

Don't your windows fog if you get the cabin to tight?

There's enough air moving with the cabin heat on ..... so No.... I don't have a problem with fogging. And there's enough heat so I don't freeze. It's actually quite comfortable.

I get air coming from the tail ,under the seat, thru the console openings , anyone have a fix for this?

I have sealed most of the the other places that leak , there is a very noticeable air flow thru the console openings.

On my model 5 , there is the same fabric as the fuselage/wings covering the gap from upper door area to the butt rib bottom. It's painted the same as all the other fabric.
