I buy a new tiny tach for my plane. But i need your help to setup the tach with my engine.
I have a hks700e ....and i don't know if i choose 360deg or 180 deg.

I'm not familuar with the tiny tack instructions but I would guess 360 is for a 4 stroke and 180 is for a 2 stroke. I would set it for 360 and it should be obvious if the rpm is way off just switch it to the other setting.

Okay that helps. If the engine fires on the compression stroke only it is 720. if it fires on the compression and exhaust stroke...some do...it is 360.
There is also a trick of wraping the pickup wire around both plug wires on one cilinder so it will work when doing a mag check. I don't know if you need to change the degree setting for that to work though. Maybe another HKS owner will reply.

Tell me more about wrapping both spark plug wires. I use the Tiny Tach on my 912 but only wrapped one spark plug wire.

Wraping both wires with the pickup for a Tiny Tach is something I have heard about people doing on two stroke engines. IF only one plug wire is wraped, the tack will drop to zero when the coil for that wire is shut off during the mag check.
On two stroke engines all plugs fire at exactly the same time. I don't know about HKS or 912s. They may have a slight timing difference between the two mags.
I get in trouble every time I say something about a 912 as I know nothing about them. But, I will go out on a limb and say it shouldn't hurt anything to try it and see if it works.

I understand your explication about wire on spark plug....but my first problem is i can't enter on setup program TT. I see video on youtube and the white button is "select". Mine is "reset". I dom't have select button but when i press on reset , the tt count 1111, 22222 ....9999.... And after "2c"
I think ,i have the wrong TT for my hks?
