    Default STAL distance?

If a Zenith 750 take-off in 50', wath could be the distance of a take-off of a Kitfox 7 with a Viking engine that pull 500lb of trust...200'?

I know there is a big difference between the two plane, but what is you prediction!

LOL, looks like some high school students doing that measuring. Dang kids act as if they never saw a tape measure before. Sorry, an ole shop teacher that couldn't help it.

Eric, I have the 912S up front. Sometimes on takeoff I think I should be talking to Mission Control

    Dare I say it.....?!!!

With a headwind like that, and a Kitfox with no more than 8 lbs per horsepower (empty weight), not much fuel and flying solo, I think someone who knew what they were doing could match (or quite easily beat) that with no problem.

    Anyone agree?
