    Do led workshop/hanger lights emit enough uv light to damage fabric coatings?

    I wouldn't think so.

    Properly applied fabric coatings protect from solar UV for years of outdoor storage...

    They can produce a little bit of UV, but not as much as other types of lamps. It's a tiny amount that shouldn't be a concern.
