Some other interesting info I found on the RV forum and some gyro forums. Apparently there has been several prop failures on the Lycoming 160 hp engines in Vans RV's running 2 blade, and 2 blade ground adjustable prop of different manufactures. Not sure exact cause but some believe it to be a vibration issue causing the failures?

I don't know what to say Dustin. I will say that the Ukrainian version of the NTSB is also investigating with our NTSB and I fear that internet speculation, some prior being false statements, will push them away from cooperating. Glenn
