Default Summer 2023 Rivers and Sky part 2

We left the story with the ink beginning to run on the page at a rain soaked airfield in Kent. This is what happened next - quite a bit of Kitfox flying, a Comedy of Errors and some family stuff....

What a great write up. I enjoyed it and thank you for taking the time. (But, I have to admit, it reminded me of my times in good ol England. Lots of overcast skys and some drizzle but the pubs limited the angst. )

Thank you all for the kind words. The writing is therapeutic and keeps me occupied until the next flight. The Kitfox meets my needs perfectly and I hope the stories encourage others to leave the pattern and take on longer flights. I was inspired by reading reports on this forum, probably 15 years ago now, of pilots flying their Kitfox across the US. These planes are made for adventure.
