What thickness of lexan should be used for doors on model 4. Local supply house says it comes rolled up which sounded odd to me, anybody have any experience with that? Jim I’m sorry I know you already told me the thickness, I didn’t write it down.

Bought mine at Home Depot. It was .093” thick

I used .093" on the windshield, but .060" on the windows. .060" will roll up in about a 8" diameter with no problem. JImChuk

Home Depot for the win 1/8 inch had it in stock

Might struggle with bending the windshield. I know it's a little bit of a fight with .093" thick. I used ratchet straps, and left the protective paper on to keep from scratching the lexan. JImChuk
