Default Cargo Compartment Floorboards too narrow

If I butt the 2 floorboards together, the screws on the outside center mounting tabs are too close to the edge of the floorboards. If
I move both floorboards as far as possible against the left and right sides of the fuselage there is enough clearance for the
screws but there's a 1/2" gap between the floorboards. Has anyone else run into this? If so, how did you deal with it?

That's just the opposite of mine Victor. I literally took 1/8" off of each board lengthwise and 1/4" off the forward ends to make them fit correctly with the baggage sack. In their original size, they were larger than the floor of the sack and it pulled it over so that it was just too tight for my liking. But even with that taken off the boards, they butted in the center and were good at the outboard edges.
