My wife is a member of the 99s. One in her group has a Model III fuel cell that she wants to get rid of. (Sorry don't know the story of how she came to have it). I've attached some pics. If you're interested, let me know and I'll get you in contact with her to work something out. Have no real info on condition (i.e. new/used). I'd put it in the classifieds but don't have a price.
