Default Flaperon Mount Holes After Fabric

Should I use a soldering iron and open up these flaperon mount holes before putting on the tapes so that I don't wind up not being able to see them after taping and after painting?

Certainly no harm in opening them now.

I'm using Oratex so YMMV but I just grabbed the mandrel from a pop rivet, which always break with a nice chisel point. Using a good light I found all the flaperon holes and poked them through.
Then I followed up with a #30 bit in my drill and made them all very clean holes.
That was with just the two overlapping layers of fabric. Anything more and they would have been very hard to find.
