    Default Brake pad break in?

Has anyone removed the powder coat off the brake disks before breaking in their brakes? Just seems like a lot to wear through to get to the steel but maybe it goes fast?

If your talking Grove discs, it's very thin and disappears on the first application.

One thing to note, the brakes will be grabby the first few taxi runs untill that stuff wears off. You will feel it immediately once that stuff is gone.
