    Hi Harlan

    I don't have measurements right now, but when I was doing the initial trim and install, I noted that the flat portion of the window, was different on the two sides. I needed to juggle things substantially to get the fitment. I will try to measure them and see what sort of mismatch I have

    We checked our frames side by side on the build table and they were the same before we put the doors on. But it appears the bubble doors are any size the door manufacturer makes them on that particular day. The pattern changes. haha

    I was seriously considering upgrading to bubble doors, this thread might have talked me out of it. Honestly it probably won't be that noticeable if there is a 3/4 inch difference, but it does seem like a fair amount of money to spend on something without better qc.

    I have had my bubble doors on for over 8 years and never noticed a difference. After reading this thread, I checked mine and sure enough, there is about a 3/4" difference. No big deal IMHO.
