Default Drilling the wing strut attachment holes

I'm up to what's probably the most stressful part of my build to date--drilling holes in the spars for the strut attachments. I have the pre-rig wings for my kit, so I positioned the strut attachments, put a cleco through the pre-drilled holes, and then measured from the spar roots just to be sure. All is well there, so I'm ready to drill.

What have you all done about the aluminum chips that will certainly fall into the spars as I drill these 42 holes in each spar? Can I blow them out with a lawn blower? Maybe stand the wing on end and let gravity do the work?

    Any thoughts are appreciated.

Shop vac with hose adapter to straight smaller hard vac tubing that will fit into the spars.

With the right deburring tool you can deburr the inside edge of the holes to knock the burrs loose; then they should easily blow out.

I sloshed the spars with Acetone prior to epoxy primer. Lots of debris will come out at that point.
