    Default I Have so many questions

    I am a student pilot. However I am VERY interested in the Kitfox, I love the idea of it. I found one near me for sale 20k with floats and tires. Its a type 1 and I have been trying to research them with some luck I guess. What I cant figure out is the upgrades. I would like to use it to get my license but it doesnt have duel brakes, but can it? The add states that it has the 582 rotax, does that mean its a type 2? If I have the floats on it according to the weight and balance I wont be able to take a passenger with a useful weight of 450 pnds. Do I hold off for a type 2 or 4? I would like to be able to fly my wife around someday. Anyone else fly type 1s have a suggestion?
