G'day fellow Aviators.

Has anyone had a look at the Model one Kitfox for sale in Chilliwack BC

http://upac.ca/classifieds/ads/87-kit-fox/#priceblock2

Would anyone not recommend me buy this aircraft as I am a Novice Private Pilot with about 150Hrs on Cessna's and very few on Avids and and Gliders.
Any advice / Information would be grand.

Also does anyone have a PDF copy of the "Kitfox Pilots Guide" by Edward Downs" or know where I could download it from?

I am out of the country at present.

Thank you.

Thanks Sky Pirate,
I Will look into these, the Alberta Mk iv has gone.

Reading what others have said the MK 1 & 2 are a fun to fly plane.
and the Rudder seems similar to my Gliding days.

I do hope the seller gets back to me.

Thanks for the links.

the model 1 ,2 and 3 ..are allot of fun,..they will hang on a thermal, and you feel the break approach before it actually does,..tip sensitivity is very prominent if you are thermal searching and just catch the edge with a wing tip ,..but once you feel her out ..flying the thermals at idle in an early model kitfox is allot of fun

the underchambered wings be the culprit for the endless hours of fun
