Default SIT or Stop wing for model 4

Any know where or what the wings on Trent Palmers model 4 are? Are they just the same STI kit for the 7? Price would be nice to.

Trent has a V (five) with the STi wing and landing gear.

A stock, lighter model IV (four) will give similar performance with the same power.

Interesting, my kitfox 4 has a UL on it and I'm trying to gauge what kind of performance i should expect.

What HP UL do you have? Considering the smallest is 97hp, it will have great performance.

    My UL 912 is a 80hp.

Wondering what the back country prospects of it will be.

Ah, my mistake. I was thinking of UL Power engines. I have the 85hp Jabiru on mine and have considered the 107hp UL Power if I ever change engines.

I would just go zipper kit.

I have yet to fly it so I still have a while too feel it out. How's your perform on that horse power?

Mine has been really respectable. With just me and half tanks of fuel, about 100-150 ft takeoff. On a hot day, 95 degrees +, at max weight the longest takeoff is around 450 - 500 feet. I cruise at 95 mph. Probably would gain more speed with small tires and wheel pants.

Not particularly. Pitched for the best of both worlds. I really like the Prince Prop though.
