Default Powder coat fix after fuse welding ??

Looking for recommendations on restoring the powder coat after doing welding on the fuse in a few places (tabs and such). Not counting a full strip off and recoating, is there a good quality cheaper fix to heat damaged metal tube paint? How to seal up the new metal parts welded on, spray paint of some kind? Roger

You know, I got a bottle of powder coat touch up when I received my powder coated frame. I have no idea how is used though. Maybe someone can advise us both.

The area has to be abraded with scotch Brite and cleaned thoroughly. Then epoxy primer.
