Great photo Bruce. And that Kitfox can haul a lot of treasure if the need arises.

I just got back from an Awesome adventure with Stick and Rudder flight school. We went up to the Frank Church Wilderness for two days of Mountain/Canyon/transition training. Just thought I'd share some pictures. I would highly recommend training with these guys!

Another shinning example of "Why Everyone Should Buy &/or Build A Kitfox!" Pictures are worth a thousand words. If they were worth money, you'd be a rich man! Great adventure and great training/trainer! Awesome!

I didn't make it to Copperstate this year , but I woke up Saturday morning to some beautiful weather, so I packed up the airplane & flew with 3 other friends (yes, I do have some friends) in that general direction. Leaving Denver, we crossed the Rockies, over Wolf Creek Pass, the Sangre de Cristos, circled around Shiprock, flew down Canyon de Chelly, then over to Monument Valley to have lunch at Goulding's Lodge. Then on to Bullfrog, and stayed the night at the Defiance House Lodge on Lake Powell (the poor lake's down 100' I was told). Flew back yesterday morning. One of these days before too long I'll be doing trips like that in my Kitfox - maybe taking a little longer & enjoying it even more!

    Great pictures John. Thanks.
Monument Valley is on the "must yet do" list.

John, nice pics. Looks like a great trip and beautiful country. You were just south of where I go to do the same things. It looks like a large percentage of nose wheelers sitting in that dirt! More proof they can get off the pavement.
