Those are great pictures, Reid... sure looks like a lot of fun! Thanks for posting them! It's so good to see other places from you, Ross, and so many others all over this great world! I've always though that "committing aviation" was one of the most fortunate things I've done in my life, because of the people. What a great fraternity of "brothers" (and sisters) we have!

I couldn't agree more with this statement. Especially the Kitfox brothers and sisters. I have often thought of the magnetism this little airplane has for great people. My bucket list is to someday meet you all face to face. Well - at least a dream.

Flying back from East London on Thursday, a big storm built up and after a couple of attempts at landing at my home field, I diverted to nearby Stutterheim. I Barely got the plane tied down in the lee of a hangar with the control locks on when the storm Hit!!
I am mighty glad I wasn't still in the air!
    It was still worrying though.

A friend came and collected me and after a good supper, with his family, he drove me home.

I collected "Foxy Feet" today. Lovely calm autumn weather to fly in....

Got to go for a fly in the Arizona Dessert yesterday. Had a great ride to a dirt strip the locals call Mowtown.

Like the Flying Chicken on the ground.

Also shot a Cessna flying beside us.

And a shot of our winter residence from the air
