Hi guys, saw the talk about rolling the model 4 and the jimmy franklin video, he was one heck of a stick and a great showman and has been missed. As far as rolling the 7ss it rolls about like a citabria without spades. That being said do not try to roll any airplane without getting some aerobatic training and fully understanding the proper control inputs and entry speeds. A poorly executed roll can turn into red line or better air speeds and engine over speed. Aerobatics are a lot of fun and will help you understand the full use of all the controls in the airplane, but a botched maneuver can be very dangerous. A great read for me is a book by mike goulan from a,s, named basic aerobatics. I have read and reread this book many times not just for understanding the maneuvers but for the great stories.
