    Bruce,
The stuff I used is Goodyear 30R9 fuel injection hose (very low permeability). It was recommended on another thread like this and I have had good luck with it, found it at one of my local Auto parts stores. The stuff is not in the cheap isle

    Chase,
Don't know if it is the same stuff that Spruce sells, what PN from Spruce?

As a data point I have the poly tank and stainless braided teflon fuel line. I think its teflon. I got it from Blue Sky aviation along with my turtledeck. Anyway, I have not noticed any fuel odor but I do have some mild blue staining around the tank fittings.

Finished replacing my old poly header with the new aluminum one from Kitfox, and it fixed the stink problem. I was hoping for a simple remove and replace, but alas this was not to be. Although all my fuel lines lined up fine, the mounting hard points were in a different spot on the new tank and my header tank drain didn't quite line up so some homebuilding was needed (read a 2 day job) Glad I did it though-no more stink!
