    Default 1" overlap requirement

    I understood that you needed 1" of overlap on a structural point where it is necessary to overlap the covering material. My SS7 has 1/2" diameter tubing. The maximum overlap I can figure out how to get is 1/4 of a circumference of the circle - or 0.39" Am I misinterpreting the spec?

    Hi Tom,

    I assume you are talking about covering with polyfibre? If so, I think they are referring to a 1" overlap of the fabric- not the tube. You attach the fabric to the tube with poly tac and then overlap the fabric over the fabric to achieve the result like in the photo.
