    Default Vent Line Help

Trying to get the fuel line run for my KF3 wing tank kit. Notice the only hole tapped in the side is for the main fuel line. No place for a vent return line or a fuel level tube. What have you guys done with the 13 gal. tanks with no extra fittings. I don't know if the side of the tank is thick enough to drill and tap for additional fittings. This all connects to the rear mounted header tank.

Why not add a few layers of fiberglass cloth or mat in the areas you would like to add fittings? Roughen the surface and clean with acetone. Then build up the area with fiberglass and West System Epoxy. West is fuel and alcohol proof when cured and it bonds well to most FRP resins. Build the surface up to at least 1/2 inch thick. When it is hard you can drill and tap for your fittings. When installing fittings coat the threads with Honda Bond 4 or other fuel proof sealer. Let cure for 24 hours prior to adding fuel.
