    Default Microsun recco light

I mounted a Microsun on my strut as a recco light in this high traffic area I fly in. We have ALOT of military planes. (Navy T-34's,T-6's,etc)
The Microsun is in the "wig wag" mode and is very bright. In addition to my strobes I am hoping it will make my blue/white aircraft more visable.

    Hello Dick

I notice you have speed fairings on your strut attachments. Do you notice any efficiency increase after this installation/ Are these from Murle Williams?
    Thanks

    Don

    Don,
yes the speed fairings are from Merle. They dress up the area a little but can't say as there as any speed improvement. Don't know that I would do it again.
