I have recently been searching for a quality RC KitFox. The good news is I have found one and purchased what is called a short kit The vendor actually has three sizes, 1/4 scale 1/3 and 50% of full size. I have the 1/3 (10.66 foot wing span) ordered. A short kit has all of the specialty items, wing ribs formers, firewall, sides, all laser cut. Cowl is included landing gear is available. I chose to have one made of aluminum in the US. The stock items, balsa wood etc. are available at Hobby shops or on line. The short kit cost me USD $373.14. Shipped to Texas. This is a fair price.

This model was designed in South Africa and the kit is produced in Holland.
I need to explain that this is quite a project and not suitable for an inexperienced modeler. I should have the kit in about 10 days,He has them in stock. If there is any interest please post or e mail me.

Sounds like you need to start a 'build-thread' for the rest of us to enjoy! I have pretty much sold out to the electric powered foam plane market. The convenience and quick repairs won me over.

Ramos.....I just might do a mini build thread on this model KitFox. More on major steps rather than blow by blow. Here is a build thread from Holland. I actually had to join FB just to view this. Use the translate button for some of the posts. Videos are nice also.
