    Default How bit is YOUR trim tab ???? Model 4 size needed

    Howdy all;
    I went to make a trim tab for my model 4-1200, and realized I don't know how big to make it. Please let me know what size your is, length and cord, and also if you find it too sensitive, or not sensitive enough.
    Note, mine will be connected to a Mac servo, and the tab mounds outside of the elevator structure via piano hinge.
    Thanks
    Roger

    I recall measuring mine on my Mk 4 and it was 7 inches long x 2.5 inches deep (that's the trim tab.......)

    I think the tyupical aftermarket trim tab for the Model IV is about 4" deep (chord) and the width is what fits between the two rib tubes.
