    Default Firewall insulation

    i need some suggestions on firewall insulation for a series 6fwf. i've seen sewn firewall blankets in the past but apparently they are not available anymore. What have you guys been using?

    Nothing, just the SS firewall.

    I ordered a few feet of the heatblock FW (http://www.heatblok.com/product.html) - it came in a small box a few days later.
    I will put exhaustputty on all little holes and beond the airbox, and rivit it on the cabin-side. In that way I hope it takes some nois away, as well.

    I used a product called Thermotec. It is an adhesive backed sheet that can be cut to fit any configuration needed,
