I've been watching this for the past week as I have family in St. Augustine. They vacated to Atlanta based on early forecasts. Then read in a photography forum this morning of a guy from Tampa who also paid attention to the early forecasts and who is now hunkered down there. Hopes and prayers for all of you who have to deal with this sort of uncertainty.

Came through without damage. Only power is still out. Definely dodged a bullet though.

Very good news Ken. Hope everyone can report the same outcome.

Thousands of linemen and hundreds of trucks from other States are ready to help restore power as soon as they can get to you along with your local folks. Hang in there.

Flooded to within 4in of door. That's the good news. Barn took direct hit from a large tree crushed roof peak from 14ft to resting on motorcycle parked in the middle. Fuselage ready for paint stored along south wall untouched. Tree fell across north wall but got completed wing and one flaperon. Wing minor , Flaperon ???
Wires down under ,3 trees that tipped over roots n all. Can't be fixed till 5 ft of flood recedes. Living now in pickup camper 20 mi South where we took daughters horses.
Expect progress on project to be delayed. Don't know what to do about Flaperon. Will examine in a few days... House now used for wing storage, fuselage back in garage.
All of us unhurt and taking this in stride. After living 82 years I go one day at a time and thankful for it.

Glad to hear that everyone's "skin" is still in the game and its only property.
