    Default Microballoons

    When the directions say"add a small amount of microballoons" to the hysol mixture before bonding dissimilar metals...how much is a small amount? Thanks for your help. jch

    just enough to get it a bit thicker, to get it worked with some better, to have it stick some more. Try half a teaspoon at first, and more if you want: you'll get the hang of it, soon.

    Jch,
    As will many of these things practice mixing some small batches and glue random stuff together, making nice fillets and such. When you have a feel for it apply it to your project.
