    Default Torque-Seal?

So for those that are using Torque-Seal. Is there a secret to storing those little 1/2oz tubes? I can never seem to get more than one usage out of them. I only seem to need some every year or so and it's always dried out when I got to use it!

I hold the tube at the bottom, squeeze the air out and then apply the top. Keeps the torque seal good for up to a year, if no air is inside.
