    Default Update

Strut brackets glued and riveted, jury brackets, spar reinforce plates,#1 ribs, and top and bottom ribletts all glued. Fuel tanks just sitting in position, but they have a fair amount of "play". It seems that the spar curvature is not in contact with both at same time. Will that space work out when adhesive is added? It looks like the top will have contact, but when I even out the spacing it seems like it will take a large bed of adhesive. Again, this fourum has been a great deal of help to me during my build.

    Thanks

The front and rear top flanges of the fuel tank should contact (or come very close) to both spars, otherwise when you cover with fabric the top of the tank won't be flush with the top of ribs #1 and #3. I had to sand a little on the tank flanges to accomplish this, but not too much.
