Suggestion for storage compartment kf5?

I am thinking about the stock storage area on kf5, any other options?

Nice!who made the panels for your storage area? What type of material?

It's made of .032" 5052 Aluminum. I designed and made it myself. Very light weight, self supporting design. I did weld on a few tabs to mount it.

I plan to limit it to 50# capacity. It's design is for bulky, not heavy items. My plan is for two "bag" style folding chairs, two sleeping bags, tent and other lightweight, backpacking style camping supplies, plus a duffel of clothes.
