looks like the cross wind was a litle excess for the aircraft ,..even after he recovers the plane is still dogging to the right ..
or he was a bush pilot and just not use to landing on smooth surfaces?
on a personal note ..just had Chili for lunch,..anyone wanna go flying
after watching that video again .I only see the rudder move once and I think that's because he hit the brakes unevenly on impact..someone should tell him ..even though you ussually don't use the rudder with jet aircraft ..it's there for a purpose on landings in crosswind conditions
No kidding. Even with my tail dragger, I land cross and than hit the rudder to straighten on those stiff cross landings. That is with a wheel landing. Real tricky with the tail wheel, a none event with the nose wheel.
I thought it was something that he almost did a ground loop at the end.
