Utah Backcountry Trip: 4/7-8/2014
My neighbor and I are heading out today for a little backcountry trip. We will be home tomorrow afternoon. He just finished putting a Dynon in his Bearhawk so this is the trial run. Will not be taking my Kitfox this time but thought some of you might be interested in our (Utah's) backcountry desert flying. I will post photos and some video when we return. Here is our flight plan. My SPOT (below my signature line) will be on:

You're right, DF4, it is a good looker. A Bearhawk. It was the first factory demo plane. My neighbor and I have commented that we each have an historic plane to each other's breed although neither of us planned it. Thanks for watching the SPOT. It's always a good feeling to know others are "riding shotgun", especially when you're flying in hostile territory.
