Great pics Ross. Are you allowed to land on those beaches in Australia? If so. that does it! I'm moving there it's beautiful. Haha
Yes Larry, I just did the annual and had her up on the stands so thought to give them a coast while it was there for a few days to cure. It is working pretty well - the trick IMHO is to clean them well, buff them for adhesion and give them time to cure - like 3 days if possible. Also, the first time I did them I did 3 coast and the top one delaminated from the underside ones. I think 1-2 coats are suffice and it is easy to redo if needed.
Landing on beaches in Australia is not legal as far as I know - so I wouldn't even think of such things.....
Hey Reid, that is the Tasman Sea - nothing between there and New Zealand.
cheers

You should check your regs Ross. Canada and Australia have very similar regs and if it’s Crown Land (or what ever you call it down under) you should be good t go.
Landed down on the St Mary irrigation reservoir. It has been a very dry summer so had to take advantage of a unique opportunity. The sand is usually cover with water. Down to 5% of its capacity.

Really great quality photos Doug! I'll bet it wasn't done with a cell phone camera.
Jim, Ross, thanks! All pics taken with cell phone cams. They sure have come a long way...
By the way Floog, did you or Scott compete in the STOL drags at Dead Cow Lake?
