New Fox in CA
Finally got to flying my newest build and have about 25 hours flown of the 40 required. If we get a good break in the weather I should be able to end Phase I shortly. Great hangar companion to my RV-6 that has been flying 14 years. This build has Continental O-200 with dual Lightspeed ignition, Rotec TBI with lightweight starter and alternator. So far the test flying is going good and I have just about eliminated all the bugs

Veeery Nice TR! I like the two sisters color scheme.

I especially like your idea of a hinge across the bottom of the panel, to allow folding it down without removing the 4 bottom mounting bolts. Mine folds down too but I have to remove those bolts; now why didn't I think of that. A fold down panel is great for service and maintenance-love it.

Re: New Fox in CA
What a nice looking Kitfox. Oh, the RV-6 is also nice. I've noticed a lot of RV owners build Kitfoxes. I'm guessing that combination of aircraft covers a wide speed range but you better expect to have issues trying to decide which one to fly :)
I look forward to hearing your performance numbers with the 0-200. It seems over the years the guys with the 0-200's never come back to let us know how that powerplant and airframe combination work out. I know the Rotax is the normal standard, but I always thought the venerable, tried and true 0-200 would make for a nice plane. Maybe they're just too busy enjoying their new Kitfox?

Congrats on finishing and flying your plane. It looks really nice.
I think you need some more screens in your panel. ;)
BTW, what are you using to hold your iPad on the panel?

Great to see your airplanes and get your report. One thing I always do is check the location hoping I discover a new neighbor. This time a big thumbs up. Welcome neighbor.
