Throttle Question
Hey guys I am wondering which is your favorite type throttle, Is it the friction knob type or the knob with the push button lock type supplied with the older kitfoxes, The reason I am asking is because I have both sitting on the shelf and wondering which one to install.

Re: Throttle Question
The Verner is my choice. You can make fine adjsutments by turning it in or out or push the knob for large changes.

Re: Throttle Question
Haven't flown yet, but I have installed the McFarland (dual for Rotax) Vernier throttle. It does not have the button, but rather it allows setting/locking with friction while providing the Vernier function as well.

Re: Throttle Question
Personal choice if you have the two sitting on the shelf .
If one has thicker or thinner cable, I would go with the thinner cable than a thick stiffer cable.
If I was purchasing one , I would go with the McFarlane vernier , it is very nice.
