Amateur-Built Fabrication and Assembly Checklist

A number of the kit manufacturers whose kits meet the 51% rule have the associated Fabrication and Assembly Checklist (2009) on the FAA website. Kitfox does not. I though Order 8130.35 said that "the evaluated kit and the completed checklist" would be posted to the list of amateur built aircraft kits on the FAA website:confused:.

Where do I get the checklist? I would like to see how much and what type of commercial assistance I can get and still meet the 51% rule.

How does the quickbuild wings affect the percentage of commercial assistance I can get and how does the prefabrication kit option affect it?
